Washington D.C. and New Delhi — The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC) announced the addition of ten new executives to its Global Board of Directors.
Ambassador Atul Keshap, President of USIBC stated, “As our Jubilee year comes to an end, I am thrilled to announce the addition of these outstanding individuals to our esteemed Global Board of Directors in 2025. Their diverse expertise and proven track records across industries have continued to amplify our ability to serve as the voice of industry in the U.S.-India partnership. Together, we will strengthen commercial ties, foster innovation, and drive meaningful progress for businesses and communities across both nations. We are looking forward to continue building our partnerships through their board participation."
Martin Whalen is a Senior Vice President of Global Policy and Government Affairs at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS). He has held multiple positions with BMS, most recently as the General Manager for their European Union Cluster. He has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals sector, focusing on commercial operations and market access. He joined the USIBC Board in November 2025.
Hani Kablawi is a Senior Executive Vice President and Head of International at the Bank of New York (BNY). He oversees regional management teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific, and Latin America – leading strategy, development, and enterprise priorities. He has worked in the global financial sector for over 30 years and is currently based in London. He joined the USIBC Board in August 2025.
K. Balasubramanian is the Managing Director and Corporate Banking Head of Citi India. His experience ranges across multiple markets, major industries, and various geographies across India, and he has been with Citi India for almost 30 years. He joined the USIBC Board in June 2025.
Sanket Ray is the Head of India and Southwest Asia at The Coca-Cola Company. He has been with the company for over 20 years, having previously held roles as the Chief Operating Officer for mainland China, and the Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd. His experience focuses on operations and commercial management. He joined the USIBC board in August 2025.
Winselow Tucker is the President and General Manager of Eli Lilly India. He was the previous Chief Commercial Officer for Lilly’s oncology division and has held multiple leadership positions focusing on commercial growth and management within hematology and oncology practices. He joined the USIBC Board in August 2025.
Amit Chadha is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of L&T Technology Services (LTTS). He focuses on strategic leadership and drives the company's global performance. With over two decades of experience in engineering and information technology outsourcing, he has played a pivotal role in LTTS's growth, including its successful IPO and global expansion through organic growth and acquisitions. He joined the USIBC Board in November 2025.
Stephen Kehoe is the Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at PepsiCo. His career has focused on driving global agendas in communications, government affairs, and public policy. Stephen began his career in the European Parliament. Aside from USIBC, he is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the PepsiCo Foundation. He joined the USIBC Board in July 2025.
Mandy DeFilippo is the Chief Executive Officer, US and Americas, at Standard Chartered Bank. She leads business strategy, regulatory engagement, and client growth across the region, connecting the bank's global network with regional clients. Her career in both the legal and financial sectors has included multiple leadership roles across risk management, capital markets, and regulatory positions. She joined the USIBC Board in April 2025.
Jeff Greenberg is the Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Starr Companies. He also leads Aquiline Capital Partners, a private equity firm he founded in 2005. With extensive experience in the insurance sector, he has held leadership roles across insurance companies, including as a previous chairman and CEO of March & McLennan Companies. He joined the USIBC Board in July 2025.
Raj Judge is an Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at ZScaler. He leads growth strategy, business development, and venture investment initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in tech legal and venture capital, Judge focuses on driving innovation and strategic growth. He joined the USIBC Board in July 2025.
